These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of midriv.com and related MIDRIV website services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. About MIDRIV and Product Information
MIDRIV is a U.S. commercial and distribution platform for vehicle-care products. Product names and trademarks belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. DIISEA C7 is a DIISEA-branded product; MIDRIV does not claim to be the manufacturer.
Product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, pricing, and manufacturer performance information may change. Where a specification comes from the manufacturer, it should not be interpreted as an independently verified MIDRIV performance guarantee.
3. Intended Use and Product Limitations
Vehicle-care products must be used according to the instructions, warnings, and surface-care guidance provided with the product. C7 is positioned for routine/light exterior vehicle care between full washes and is not represented as a substitute for every washing, detailing, decontamination, or heavy-soil process.
Users are responsible for evaluating surface condition and avoiding use where grit, heavy mud, road salt, abrasive contamination, damaged paint, loose film, or other conditions could make contact cleaning inappropriate.
4. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and verification. We may correct pricing, description, inventory, or typographical errors and may cancel or refuse an order before shipment when reasonably necessary. Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and commercial pricing may have separate terms and may not be combined unless stated. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, duties, or other charges unless expressly stated.
5. Commercial and Wholesale Inquiries
Website retail pricing does not constitute a wholesale quotation. Dealer, distributor, fleet, and commercial terms are subject to separate written quotations or agreements, including minimum quantities, freight, payment terms, resale policies, and channel requirements.

The MIDRIV name, site design, copy, graphics, and other MIDRIV-created content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer trademarks, product names, images, and materials are owned by or used with permission from their respective owners.
