1. Where We Ship
We currently intend to ship eligible online orders to addresses within the United States. Availability for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations may be limited and will be shown at checkout or confirmed before shipment.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed after payment authorization and inventory confirmation. Estimated processing and delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Launch periods, trade shows, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, or inventory constraints may cause delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout or in a written commercial quotation. Commercial/wholesale freight may be charged separately and may differ from consumer shipping rates.
4. Tracking and Delivery
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email or contact information associated with the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring delivery.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect the package promptly after delivery. If an item arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact info@midriv.com as soon as reasonably possible and include the order number, photos of the packaging/product, and a description of the issue. Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
6. Delivery Issues
Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact us promptly so we can help investigate. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and carrier investigation.
7. Commercial Orders
Dealer, distributor, fleet, and other commercial shipments may be governed by a separate quotation or agreement. Freight terms, pallet/LTL arrangements, insurance, delivery appointment requirements, and risk-of-loss terms may differ from the consumer policy.
